Is there anyone in North County San Diego that can re-skin an Ashiko drum? PLEASE HELP!!!

To be honest; in all the years I worked in drum retain, I never saw a re-headed drum. The cost generally outweighed the price of a new drum. Is it a Remo Ashiko?
